In addition to the advanced 3D camera inspection equipment integrated into our production lines (dimensional inspection), our quality department and operators carry out additional inspections using technical gauges, oven inspections, hydrolytic resistance inspections, cap tightness inspections, pressure inspections and cosmetic inspections, in processes that comply with ISO standards.
Samples are systematically taken from all our product batches and are fully traceable. Camera reports can be sent to our customers upon request, depending on the nature of their products and their quality criteria.
Our laboratory is equipped with the latest dimensional control technologies, including augmented reality.
